What if we need more time after the 30-day trial has ended?

Contact us — call or email — and we'll extend it. We believe that once you've experienced everything Brightable can do for your teams and your productivity, you'll stay with us.

How do you determine when to charge us?

We'll keep an eye out. Up to 3 users, is free, with 10 Gb per account of free storage ($1/month/Gb after that). Beyond those levels, we'll notify you and bill per month.

Is there a setup fee?

No. That was an easy one. We wouldn't charge for something you can do yourself in 5-10 minutes.

How long is the contract?

What contract? Who said anything about contracts? You can earn a discount by paying in advance for a year. Contact us to learn more.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes. Typically, there's nothing to cancel. But if you've been using Brightable and have content and conversations stored here that you wish to keep, contact us and we'll help you extract any and all data.

Do I have to store content on Brightable? Can I use Dropbox, Google Drive, or whatever instead?

Store content on Brightable or use any cloud storage solution. Brightable lets you share links to cloud-based content and then collaborate on that content and add value with discussions, project-management features, and detailed revision histories.

Is our content secure on Brightable?

This question is getting harder to answer, apparently. We use SSL protection on every page, so data during transfer is as secure as data moving between you and your bank. We take your data security extremely seriously and use practices throughout the site to protect it. The more important step on your end is to prevent users from sharing login credentials. Ever. With anyone.

What types of payment methods are accepted for "Standard" and "Enterprise" plans?

"Standard" plan organizations can use a credit card (enter the details on the My Account > Bank page). Enterprise customers can use a P.O. and we'll bill you monthly.
